


After breakfast at your hotel on Friday morning we’ll visit a famous coffee mill in the region. You will have a chance to learn about the history of coffee.

A guide will explain to you all the stages of coffee making: from growing and processing to brewing. He will then introduce you to the adjacent Museums of Music and of Regional Maya Customs. |
After a walk on the nature trails through the shaded covered coffee plantation, you’ll savor a delicious cup of coffee. Because of its fertile volcanic soil and its special micro-climate, the Antigua coffee is world renown for its gourmet quality. |

The coffee Museum offers a wide selection of coffee for sale, as well as local handicrafts, art books and CD’s with traditional and Marimba music. We’ll be back for lunch in the center of Antigua around 13:30 p.m. |
