To make it easier to go through the reservation process, this Chapter contains 3 stages:

In a first step (STEP 1) you'll find all the information you'll want to know before filling in your registration form (STEP 2) and before going over to your actual booking (STEP 3)

Your reservation in our Wellness Program will be considered effective after you have completed Steps 2 and 3.

Step 1: Information

PRICES

The price for our “all-inclusive” Wellness Program is $1,799 per person based on a double room occupancy, $1,995 for single room.

Our Services Include:

• Hotel accommodations (2 nights in Guatemala City and 5 nights in Antigua)
• All taxes, including hotel taxes: lodging tax (10%) and VAT (12%)
• Half board: breakfast, plus lunch or dinner (7 days)
• Excursions mentioned in our Wellness Program
• Access to Amatitlan's Day Spa and it's facilities (4 days)
• Private transportation from Antigua to Amatitlan's Day Spa and back ( 4 days)
  with driver and bi-lingual escort
• Transfers upon arrival from GUA Airport to your Hotel (Guatemala City) and back to GUA Airport, on your departure date
• Entrances and guides to: coffee farm and the museums specified in our program
• Basic medical orientation with U.S. trained MD at the start of your Wellness Program

Not Included:

• International or domestic Airport taxes
• Tips for drivers, guides, escorts, waitresses or masseuses.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, fax use or room service.
• Activities, meals, excursions or treatments specified as “optional”
• Drinks with meals or otherwise.
• Massages or other treatments at the Spa Center (mudbaths, herbal steam baths or private hot tubs). Click here to see prices of spa treatments
• Other private medical consultations with Specialists in Dermatology, Cosmetic medicine, Ophthalmology or Dentistry and treatments thereof.
• Taxis or other private transportation from and to your optional medical consultations/ treatments (Note: Doctor's practices are all located within walking distance from your Hotel in Antigua).

Optional Tours (maximum of 1 choice)

TIKAL - “Standard” Weekend Excursion - 2 days & 1 night

     Tikal - double room occupancy = $335 per person

     Tikal - single room occupancy = $359 per person

Flores and TIKAL - "Extended" Weekend Excursion - 3 days & 2 nights

     Flores/Tikal - double room occupancy = $398 per person

     Flores/Tikal - single room occupancy = $409 per person

Weekend Excursion to Lake Atitlan: Panajachel & Chichicastenango

     Lake Atitlan - double room occupancy = $109 per person

     Lake Atitlan - single room occupancy = $122 per person

BOOKINGS

Bookings are received on a first come, first served basis. We will verify availability and make your reservation as soon as we receive both your payment and your registration form. You will then get a booking confirmation by Email with our local phone number and other useful information for the success of your Wellness Program.

Payment is required on all reservations 4 weeks before the start of your Wellness Program. Late bookings for the Wellness Program are welcome but they depend entirely on availability, However, we cannot guarantee late bookings for your optional Weekend Excursions.

CANCELLATIONS - REFUNDS

*If you must cancel a reservation your payment (less $75 processing fee) will be refunded only if we are notified in writing or by fax 30 days or more prior to your arrival.
*If you notify us about a cancellation 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, we will transfer your deposit to another date of your choice. Payments are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations notified less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date in Guatemala.

PAYMENT METHODS

To protect your transactions your payments are sent through PAYPAL at no charge to you. Your financial information does not reach Spa-Med-Holiday and is kept private with Paypal, a secure server. You can use your bank account to pay online, pay with your credit or debit card, or use your Paypal balance.

For your peace of mind we advise you to purchase travel insurance
