Arrival/Departure

Upon your arrival on Saturday at Guatemala City's Airport “La Aurora” a shuttle bus from Hotel San Carlos will pick you up and bring you to your Hotel. Moreover, our English speaking escort will welcome you at the Airport and will accompany you to your hotel in Guatemala City. On the day of your departure, the same shuttle will transfer you back to Guatemala City's Airport, at the scheduled hour.

Private transportation

There is no public transportation between Antigua and the Day Spa Center at Lake Amatitlan. For all the the transfers from Antigua to Amatitlan (and back), Spa-Med-Holiday hires private transportation directly with the owner and driver of his own micro-bus, who is insured and registered with the National Tourist Office (Inguat).

The micro-bus is well maintained and the driving manners are “soft.”
